Warranty
Yes. Every EthicStone piece is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, so if something isn't right due to how the piece was made, we'll take care of it.
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss or theft, damage from improper care, or any work done by a third party (such as resizing or repairs performed by another jeweler).
We don't offer or sell jewelry insurance ourselves. That said, every order ships fully insured in transit, with signature required on delivery, so your piece is protected on its way to you. For long-term coverage after it arrives, we'd suggest looking into a dedicated jewelry insurance provider.
Ordering
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your package all the way to your door.
Because each piece is made to order, cancellation depends on timing. If you cancel within 48 hours of placing your order before production begins, you'll get a full refund with no fee. After 48 hours, once materials are reserved and crafting has started, a 15% production fee applies to cover the work already underway. Returns & Exchanges
You can return or exchange your piece within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item should be in its original, unworn condition with all original packaging and documents included, including certification. Returns and exchanges are available to customers in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to submit a return or exchange request.
It depends on your country. For US orders, returns are free once approved. We email you a prepaid, fully insured return label at no cost. For UK, Canada, and Australia orders, return shipping is the customer's responsibility; we strongly recommend sending it fully insured and with tracking, and we'll guide you through the process.
Personalized pieces can't be returned or exchanged, because they're made uniquely for you. This includes custom-designed jewelry, engraved items, resized rings, previously exchanged items, and orders altered during production.
