At EthicStone, we want you to enjoy a perfect fit for your jewelry. If your ring size isn't quite right, we're here to help.

We offer one complimentary ring resize within 12 months from the date of purchase.

• Free resizing service is available for eligible rings.
• Complimentary round-trip shipping is included for customers within the United States.
• For international customers, shipping charges will apply.
• Rings that are more than 12 months old or require a second or subsequent resize may be subject to resizing and shipping fees.

Our complimentary resizing service covers adjustments of up to two ring sizes larger or smaller than the original size purchased.

For example, if your original ring size is US 6, we can typically resize it up to US 6.50 (including intermediate sizes such as 6.25 and 6.50) or down to US 5.50, depending on the ring design and structure.

If a resize beyond this range is required:

• Additional charges may apply, or
• A new ring may need to be manufactured depending on the design and structural limitations of the ring.

Resizing an engraved ring may affect the appearance and readability of the engraving.

• Re-engraving is available for a $30 fee (up to 20 characters).
• Please refer to our Engraving Policy for additional details.

Please note that any excess metal or gemstones resulting from the resizing process cannot be returned or credited.

Certain ring styles cannot be resized due to their design, including:

• Eternity rings
• Full eternity engagement rings
• Full eternity wedding bands
• Full eternity matching bands
• Half eternity rings
• Half eternity wedding bands
• Half eternity matching bands

If you need to resize one of these styles, you'll need to purchase a replacement ring.

Most resized rings are completed and shipped within 7–10 business days after we receive the item. For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs clearance procedures, import duties, taxes, or related fees imposed by their local authorities.

Step 1: Contact EthicStone Customer Support

To begin the resizing process, please contact our Customer Support team and provide:

• Your order number
• The current ring size
• The desired new ring size

Our team will review your request and confirm whether the ring is eligible for resizing. If approved, we will provide detailed instructions for returning your ring.

Step 2: Package Your Ring Securely

For safe shipment:

• Place the ring in its original jewelry box whenever possible.
• Use a second outer box for added protection.
• Do not write words such as "jewelry," "diamond," or similar descriptions on the package.
• Ship through a staffed courier location rather than a drop box.
• Retain your shipping receipt as proof of shipment.
• We strongly recommend purchasing insurance equal to the replacement value of your jewelry.

EthicStone is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit to our facility.
