Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EthicStone, its affiliates, members, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, service providers, and any other party involved in creating, manufacturing, marketing, or delivering our products or services shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the EthicStone website, products, services, or any content made available through the website.
This limitation includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunities, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other commercial or economic loss, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if EthicStone has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

This indemnification obligation applies to any actual or threatened claim, demand, lawsuit, or proceeding brought against EthicStone or any of its affiliates, contractors, service providers, employees, officers, directors, agents, or representatives arising from or relating to your actions, your use of the website, or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Termination of Access

Entire Agreement & Miscellaneous
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and EthicStone regarding your use of our website and services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and understandings relating to the same subject matter. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions at any time shall not be considered a waiver of that provision or of our right to enforce it at a later time. Any waiver of a breach of these Terms and Conditions shall not be deemed a waiver of any subsequent or continuing breach.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect. Any provisions that, by their nature, are intended to survive the termination or expiration of these Terms and Conditions, including, but not limited to, provisions relating to intellectual property, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and any rights or obligations that are necessary to enforce these Terms and Conditions, shall continue in full force and effect after such termination or expiration.
