  • Class actions and consolidated proceedings are strictly prohibited

For EU users, disputes may also be submitted via the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

Site Content & Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, designs, logos, graphics, videos, software, and overall presentation (“Site Materials”), is the exclusive property of Ethicstone or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use only.

Pricing & Errors

Ethicstone does not guarantee that pricing or product information is error-free.

  • Correct errors at any time
  • Cancel orders placed with incorrect pricing
  • Refuse or adjust orders at our discretion

Ethicstone shall not be bound by any inaccuracies or errors displayed on the Site.

Price Adjustments & Price Match

Price adjustments may be offered within 30 days of purchase at Ethicstone’s sole discretion.

Loose Diamond Price Match:

Applicable only to loose lab-grown diamonds and subject to:

  • Matching specifications (carat, cut, color, clarity, shape)
  • Competitor listing must be active, public, in USD, and in stock
  • Must be requested before purchase
  • Must be from a verified retailer

Ethicstone retains full discretion in determining eligibility.

Payment & Billing

We currently accept payment via PayPal. Additional payment methods may be offered from time to time; the options available to you will be displayed at checkout.

Fraud Prevention & Order Screening

Ethicstone reserves the right to:

  • Refuse, cancel, or limit any order
  • Request additional verification
  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

You agree to contact Ethicstone before initiating any chargeback or dispute.

In the event of a chargeback:

  • Ethicstone may recover all associated costs, including fees and legal expenses
  • Your account may be suspended or terminated
  • Any warranties, promotions, or services may be voided

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining account security and all activities under your account. Ethicstone reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.

  • Delivery requires a valid physical address
  • Adult signature is required
  • Risk transfers upon delivery

Title & Risk of Loss

Ownership transfers upon successful delivery and signature confirmation.

Returns & Abuse Policy

Returns are subject to our Returns Policy.

Ethicstone reserves the right to:

  • Identify and restrict “return abuse”
  • Limit or terminate accounts engaging in excessive returns

Cancellation

Ethicstone may cancel any order at its sole discretion. Your sole remedy is a refund. No additional liability applies.

Diamond Certification

Loose diamonds include certification (IGI/GIA). Failure to return certificates may result in a replacement fee of $100.

Comparative Purchasing

Comparative purchasing is strictly prohibited. Orders suspected of such activity may be canceled or restricted.

Product Representation

  • Images may vary due to display settings
  • Carat weight may vary within industry tolerance
  • Color/clarity are minimum guaranteed grades
  • Each lab-grown diamond's grading is confirmed by its accompanying IGI or GIA certificate, which is the authoritative reference for that stone's specifications

Design Ownership

All jewelry designs, including custom designs, remain the exclusive property of Ethicstone. Ethicstone may reproduce, modify, or commercialize such designs without restriction.

Information Accuracy

Ethicstone does not guarantee completeness or accuracy of information.

If an order is placed based on incorrect information:

  • It may be canceled
  • Or adjusted
  • Or returned

Privacy Policy

Use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Ethicstone may disclose information to comply with legal obligations or protect its business and users.

Intellectual Property Enforcement (DMCA Compliance)

Ethicstone respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same.
