DESCRIPTION

Oval-cut diamonds set along a contoured nesting band, each stone oriented lengthwise so the cuts follow the curve of the silhouette rather than fighting it, that's the Emessa. The elongated facets of each oval stretch the visible light across more surface than a round of the same carat weight, giving the band a brighter line for less stone count. The contour is shaped to sit close against the underside of an engagement ring, closing the gap so the pair reads as one continuous shape on the finger. Color and clarity matched throughout, hand-placed into solid gold. Set in solid gold throughout, conflict-free, traceable, made to order.
